Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hi,
I installed Fsbuild 2.2 on a new pc (xp-professional). As user administrator fsbuild starts normally. But as an user without administrator privileges fsbuild does not start (no error message).

The user has write privileges into the whole fsbuild directory and it's subdirectories. What else is necessary?

Ernie and I talked about that problem a while ago. It's quite vague what's going on. I can tell you it's not the fsbuild folder perms or anything obvious in the registery.

I just use "run-as" and it works fine - with Gatekeeper too.
