Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

A loyal and long time FSBuild user! First question I have too
What exact data file is used to build the airways depicted on the map. I have edited the fsb_awy2.TXT over the years to correct errors and such and when adding route segments in plan mode via from-to airway, it works just fine.
The only problem is that the "red" airway that is drawn on the map (with the CTRL key) will still show the "connection" to the wrong (before correction) navaid. I have done all the rebuilding/indexing and such but the depicted airway never changes.
That's all I have. An excellent product as mounds and mounds of printed flight plans will attest to. Thanks, Eric.
