Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Greetings all.
I am considering purchasing FS build for use with FS9, however I am wondering if anyone has had any problems creating .pln files so the FS9 ATC works properly. I have been using simroutes.com (with FlightAware) which seems to work with the PSS 777 FMC, however many routes, particularly with oceanic waypoints, will not load in the default flight planner. Will using FS build instead solve this problem? I am interested in using realistic trans-Atlantic and trans-pacific waypoints, as well as flying inter-Europe and inter-Asia routes which are not readily available from FlightAware.
