I have now experimented a lot with different settings and finally I did find the key, to get the correct stations in the FSBuild Navlog: It's the step climb !!!

I had enabled this option and therefore I got the wrong result. As soon as I did disable the step climb I have now the correct stations.

There is one difference to your result files: While I totally can reproduce your winds of the ASA log, I did not get your results of the ASv6 log (only the stations are the same). Did you really generate the result with my included files? When I used the ASv6 files they produced a similar result compared to the ASA data. Although they differ a little bit but this is because of the different number of stations I assume.

I then replaced the ASA snapshot by the synthesized snapshot but the result was the same as with the normal snapshot.

So there is an error included in the step climb logic of FSBuild in combination with the weather station names.

So now I have solved at least the issue, that the stations are incorrect. So I will avoid step climb, until you have found this minor bug. And in my case the winds in FSBuild are not so different between ASv6 and ASA .

Let's now see, how ASA depicts this in the navlog and in flightsim. I think, bojote has done a lot of good research in that area and I will try to confirm his findings.

Perhaps you also prepare your application for the fact, that ASA is producing the files by using the regional settings for the decimal point.
