Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I'm looking forward to using this program. I would love some assistance though, especially in getting started. I have FSX on Windows 7. I just purchased the latest version of FSBuild from Simmarket. I've gone through the tutorial. I've done all the steps in options, showing where my main FSX directory is, selecting FSX to export plan to and saving the plan. No matter what I do the Flight Plan from FSbuild does not get exported and saved, even though the program says it has done it, it doesn't show in directory where FSX stores GPS flight plans. What am I doing wrong? Also is there an operation for inserting a waypoint that is not in the build? I don't see that in the User guide.

Okay I figured out the saving. FSX xml had to be checked in addition to FS2004/FSX. Now if I could figure out how to manually enter additional way points not covered in the auto build.
