After upgrading FSbuild to 2.4 I get an error message "unable to open wx_station_list.txt". This is using ASE and Windows 7. FSbuild weather option is set to activesky and the path correctly points to the weather snapshot file. FSbuild is being run as administrator.

It all worked fine with version 2.3.

Any ideas?

Problem resolved. It turns out the ActiveSky path was not correct. Added "\weather" to the end of the ActiveSky path and all is working now.
