Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Can anybody shed light on this problem,

If I create a flight plan out of EGCC manchester uk, and insert sid HON1R, intersection "HON58" is missplaced.
If I create a flight plan out of EGPH edinbrough uk, and insert sid DCS4C, interstection "95DME" is missplaced.

I think these and other intersections are duplicated. I hae looked at the sid.txt files and found two intersections with the same name and different co-ordinates.
I have attemted to delete the offending intersection, but this dose not fix the problem.
Is there a solution to this,

Is any body else experiencing the same problems.

I have just downloaded fsbuild 2.4.0.5.

I have sent an e-mail with a screenshot of my problem with SID HON1R out of Manchester EGCC.
I would be greatfull if you could have a look.

Do you mean to add 'NAVCHKDUPDIST=75' to Fsbuild cfg. file
as there is no 'NAVCHKDUPDIST=100' at present.
Should it be placed at the bottom?
