Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I cannot get FSBuild to import the wind data from FSMeteo. I have set the directory correctly and both programs work independently but no wind details are shown in the route page.

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, I am not quite there yet.
I set the' export to' on the top menu to FS2004/FSX and I get "unable to create......"
If I set it to FSX (xml) it produces a flight plan but no winds are imported.

I have set the directories correctly, the flight plan does work and loads into the MS Flight files, so I think that is OK.
I tried it as you said: made the flight plan, started FSMeteo and then closed the page and ran "Build" again but nothing happens.
There seems to be no connection between FSBuild and FSMeteo, the wind column stays at "0" .

I have set everything as described: FSX directory is correct,FSMeteo directory is correct, FSMeteo is set as weather program,Winds aloft are set and settings were saved. I ran FSBuild and created a flight plan, then ran FSMeteo and loaded the flight plan, for which it got the weather O.K. I then re-built FSB and nothing happened.There is still no data for wind.
What else is there to try?
Should we forget it and ask you to authorise a refund.

Just to be sure you did this (checked it) step Ernie mentioned?

I am very sorry but this program has been of no use to me at all. I have tried everything for 2 weeks now to get it to read wind data from FSMeteo but without success.
I even contacted the developer of FSMeteo but he had no suggestions.
I must reluctantly request you to give me a refund as the program does not work as it should.

Of course, I don't really want a refund, I just want a working program!
It has proven completely impossible to attach anything to this message. All file extentions are rejected as not allowed.If I Zip them, they are also rejected.

So I have sent the files to the e-mail address on your website: alstoer1@compuserve.com and I hope they reach you.

What is your OS?
What Windows version (Vista ?)?
Have you just purchased FSMETO?
Or, has it worked in the past on another PC?
What version of FSBuild are you using?
What is the path and folder for FSBuild and FSMETO?

Not used previously
FSBuild is 2.3.1.209
Paths: c:\FS_Meteo
c:\FSBuild

That all looks good.
