Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I am using Fsbuild 2.4.0.18.
I usually exclude sids and stars -preferring to add them later.
However when I autogenerate a plan and use that plan(in my case PMDG MD11)
and insert it in the company route, it always puts the runway at the first line
of the flight plan instead of the airport.I never used to have this problem.
Does Fsbuild now always put the runway directly into the plan?
I admit that there is a choice of runways in Fbuild but I wish to have the
option of changing my mind(or following ATC!)

I also use PMDG but I always make runway/Sid/Star selections from the FMC.

Otherwords (not autogen) I use FSBuild to do a complete route without all SID/STAR waypoints.

My nav data shows everything ok.It saves to my PMDG file as normal.
It shows the runway as below

I do not want the runways added-note that they are in arrival as well.
In the planning can I leave the runways blank?
When I put this company route into the FMC it starts with the runway not EDDH which I would like.
If I enter the route manually in the FMC it is all ok, but I like the
ease of using a company route.

Further to the above.
With the company route supplied by PMDG for the 1st & 2nd. tutorial when entered
in the FMC and on the Flight Plan page the 1st entry at LSK1L is the airport-not
the runway.The runway and sid are entered in the lat. rev. page - then,
the LSK1L is the runway.
I can be at the gate with my company flght plan inserted awaiting information
as to what runway to use, which can be inserted as above.
