Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hi

I am trying build a new KLAX-EGLL plan but FSBuild tels me it has found a stored route. When I search the list of flight plans I cannot find any that originate at KLAX. Also whenever I select a stored route and use the delete function I get this error message - Route ID XXXX-XXXX not found! No routes deleted. Can you help?

What version of FSbuild are you using?

What is your OS?

How are you trying to delet a plan?

I have a Win7 64Bit OS, and I beilieve the latest version of FSB (2.3.1?)

Clearly I have an incomplete list of already prepared flightplans as well. With one or two exceptions the plans to not go beyond airports starting with ICAO 'E...'

Also I wonder whether I can save my routes or plans to this list. I presume once downloaded the list is not interactive with the FSB server. But it would be useful to be able to put my plans there for my own convenience.

The latest version is 2.4... you can save your plans by using 'save flight plan' from the menu under 'File'. If you go to the 'FlightPlans' node on the selection treeview you will get a series of tabs dealing with flightplans - under the 'categories' tab you will find thousands of routes; most of them are out of date. Your saved routes will be found in the 'User Saved Routes' category. In order to use FSB well you really, really, need to read the userguide which you will find in the 'UserGuide' sub-directory under the FSBuild main installation directory. There are numerous other pdfs to be found there as well that deal with various aspects of the program and database.
