Guy, I made a beech duke FS Build Profile but Im having problems. First of all when I set it all up and press autogenerate it never shows my enroute times on the Nav Log in the FUEL/TIME section. It's also giving me some very crazy figures and I cannot understand why. I have made the proforamance file from my Duke POH so it should be accurate, the only problem is I cannot test it. Here is the CFG and PRF file. I'd like someone with some experience making these profiles to take a look at it and tell me what I did wrong. This is my first time doing this and I plan on make TONS of these profiles for all sorts of planes

Here ya go, have a look for me. Fix this issue and I'll make one for you!

Just comparing this with others that work, it looks like the cruise table is missing the [GWT] entry...

I don't think youre required to use any GWT for FS BUild, only if youre using planes like the MD-11 and 73's etc. Something is wrong and I cannot figure out what it is.

Lots of help here isn't there, o well! When PFPX gets released FS Build will become useless anyway.

It usually provides those results, when it does not find the specified .prf file.

Is the .prf file in the Fsbuild/Aircraft folder ? If its not there it won't find it.

Regards.
Ernie.

I came across this post when searching for a Be 60 Duke prf file.

[UNITS]
FUEL=lbs/hr
WEIGHT=lbs

[CLIMB];110KIAS SL-FL140 120KIAS-FL260 36.5MP 2750RPM 198lbs/hr/eng
;ALT TAS ROC FUEL

;ALT TAS FUEL

4000 184 240
6000 187 238
8000 191 237
10000 195 237
12000 199 236
14000 203 236
16000 207 235
18000 211 234
20000 215 232
22000 219 231
24000 223 228
26000 226 225

[DESCENT];30MP 2500RPM 1000/ft/mim
;ALT TAS ROD FUEL
2000 180 1000 220
4000 184 1000 200
6000 187 1000 219
8000 191 1000 219
10000 195 1000 219
12000 199 1000 216

20000 215 1000 215
22000 219 1000 213
24000 223 1000 211
26000 226 1000 209

Replace the ; with // in the section header and all will be OK.

i.e. [CLIMB] ; 110KIAS SL-FL140 120KIAS-FL260 36.5MP 2750RPM 198lbs/hr/eng should read [CLIMB] // 110KIAS SL-FL140 120KIAS-FL260 36.5MP 2750RPM 198lbs/hr/eng

I've not tested fuel burn yet but FSBuild will now generate a correct Navlog with fuel requirements

Thanks to realatp for doing the hard bit :D
