Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I am having trouble updating my FSbuild 2.3 to 2.4. After the update completes I try to run 2. and get a few error messages and then the proram crashes. Exactly what directory does this need to be installed into? I have two FSBuild file folders, one is in the C:/Program filesx86/FSbuild and one is just E:/FSBuild. I tried running the install in both directories with the same results. Any help is appreciated. I tried re-installing 2.3 and then running 2.4 with the same results. I installed to the C drive, my FSX installation is on the E drive. Could this be a problem? 2.3 works just fine...

I have tried everything I can think of... It wouldnt be a big deal if I didnt need to export to the iFly 737. Need help here, everytime I start up the new 2.4 version it gives errors then crashes.

The exact sequence is this:
1. Click on the icon for the 2.4 version.
2. Immediately get a box saying "Unable to open categories file." I click OK and then;
3. Another box pops up stating "File error." I click OK and then;
4. Another box "Error opening database." Again I click OK and then;
5. Again with the box "Cant open airport cities file." After clicking OK on this one the program crashes.

I am installing directly into the main FSBuild forlder which is now E:/FSBuild. I say screw simmarkets unwillingness to issue new serial numbers, make them give us a full installer because this is a joke.
Still need help here...

I tried just launching from the old FSBuild 2.3 shortcut and even though I installed the update it still says 2.3 with no ifly737 option in the export options. Anti-virus was disabled for the installation. I am really out of ideas now.

OK I got it to work, heres how. I reinstalled 2.3, installed the 2.4 update into a temporary folder and then copied and pasted everything in that folder to the main FSBuild folder. Now it works fine. It seems the simmarket installer does not work properly and this should be made clearly available information on this forum. Thank you.
