Hi There Urgent help needed before i ask for a refund

I Just bought the new download FSbuild today and after nearly 12 hours browsing the net changing root folders i am about at my wits end.

My Operating system is win7 x64

Things i have already tried
1. Online fsbuild tutorial guide and video on how to change root folder, save settings then close program to save etc.
2. Overide my pc with user control account.
3. i have flight simulator X installed .

I have set the root folder to >>>> OS (C:) >>>> Program files (x86) >>>> Microsoft Games >>>> Microsoft Flight Simulator X.

here is a screen shot of the errors your help in this matter would make me a happy chappy Strobe38 <.-<9

If you are running ASE or AS2012 the paths are C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming\HiFi\ASE\Weather or C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming\HiFi\AS2012\Weather respectively. Go to Options|Export Directories and browse to whichever one is appropriate and save on the Options|Settings page.

If you are trying to save an ISG format flightplan, first look and make sure that directory exists... if it does, try running FSBuild from the right click "run as administrator"; if it doesn't, create it, and run the same way.

Hi DJ you said if If you are running ASE or AS2012 im not sure what you mean by that sorry.

I tried the other root paths you suggested, i went into user name etc got as far as C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming then found FSX Folder . as for these two paths \HiFi\ASE\Weather they were not there . I am still having problems and i don't understand why . Must be a simple mistake i am making :-(

What Aircraft/Product are you trying to export the Flight Plan too ?

The only errors there are for ActiveSky, and ISG, and it does not appear you have either program.

So please tell us what program or Aircraft you are trying to export to.

Regards.
Ernie.

In Options|Settings, in the treeview, uncheck FS2004 GPS and check FSX GPS, and Save... that will cure the error. You are currently trying to export to FS9 - not FSX as you want. The PMDG export is correct.
