Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Will FSBuild ever be updated or improved? I've been using it for a while, and it clearly has elements based on FS2002 or 2004, as well AS6.

I can't see your problem … In fact, I'm using FSbuild since the days of FS2002, and there have been improvements as necessary. FSB works with FSX or AS2012 without any issues.

But I think it is a good idea to keep these older elements. They have no effect, when you're not using them. But to remove them would force any user of older versions of FS or AS or whatever for an eventually unwanted update.

As Ernie developed FSB 2.4, I was still flying with FS2002 and using activeSky wxRE (!), so I asked Ernie not to drop the compatibility, and it worked fine as before!

@Ernie: BTW, now I'm using FSX & AS2012, so if I was the only user who asked you to keep the support for activeSky wxRE, you may remove it in the next version of FSB … ;)

Looking for handmade, validated routes, meanly in Europe? =>

I am very new to FSB and I like it very much. It does SO much more than the stock FSX planner. It is quite the software.

Having said that, I would suggest spending some quality time over in the FAQs. I have and hadn't realized some of the neat tricks and tips found over there.

For instance I just added a new plane. Wow it works like a champ, even though I only did a basic install. Anyway keep working with the program and I bet you'll appreciate what it does and can do.
