Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

My FSBuild 2.2 is just creating PLN files to the "Microsoft flight simulator X files" folder under my "user". It is not creating an rte file that i can pick up from within the fmc, please help, i have the right path selected in FSBuild-options

What FMC are you trying to export to and do you have that option checked in the menu or in the Options|Settings tree?

I'm trying to import to the pmdg 737 800ngx. Yes i have pmdg cecked.

When you generate the plan do you get a message to the effect of "Couldn't create PMDG.... plan"? Any message at all? Open your FSBuild2.cfg file and show me the content please... just copy and paste it into your reply.

Thats the thing.. Everything in that msg is correct, it doesn't say that it couldn't create it, thats why I am confused..

You appear to be running on a Win7 x64 system. Try running FSbuild from the right click menu "run as administrator". If that doesn't work you will have to turn UAC off and reboot the machine. Then run FSBuild as adminstrator as described.

I fixed it! I had been opening the wrong FSBUILD...

I have another question though, regarding flightplanning in the pmdg. I have a hard time finding the correct SID's and STARS's, I look at charts online but the sid's or stars that iI find there rarely matches the ones I can see in the FMC, please help a begginer as me
