Using May 2013 NavdataPro.

Building route EGKK BIG7M EGLL in the flight plan box.

Adds a STAR (BIG3D) to the route.

I suspect it's because very little about this route makes sense - manually remove the STAR and build from the grid and it still looks peculiar.

I tried it a little while ago using Flight Sim Commander ..
it built the route ok .. looked just like the actual SID.

I think what you are running into is not a problem with the SID - since it routes to BIG, I think FSB looks for the nearest path to EGLL using an airway or STAR (unless you have them turned off) and that's what you get. I have no idea why it doesn't simply use a direct to EGLL otherwise. It isn't a problem with the navdata - NavdataPro and Navigraph give the same result. Maybe Ernie can cast some light on this...

Yes, I knew the SID was ok and the FSbuild Navdata txt file looked ok.

My problem was that one of EGLL's STARs (BIG3) was automatically added to my route by FSbuild.
