Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hi everyone,

I've just done a fresh install of FSX, and FSBUILD ver 2.4.1, and can't seem to get it to build route for FSX or PMDG. I don't have any weather addons yet, and I've directed FSB to the root FSX directory in Windows 8. I saw a few posts about further updates to ver 2402 - such as 2405, but can't find any links.

I could use some help as I can't get my maiden flight off the ground. I mean, I can manually enter in the FMC, but I want to fly the maiden flight with FSX ATC before I load Radar Contact.

Hi everyone,

After spending some time tweaking around the options and loading and saving flight plans I realized this error had to do with the selection for export to Google Maps. Once I deselected that option everything worked fine!

I spent the whole day - in the midst of getting my car battery fixed, and the place cleaned up, and the paperwork in place, all in desperate hope of getting a feeling of FSX with the addons on the newly set up rig - getting to the bottom of this one and here is the fruitful conclusion:

1) The issue with Google Maps is a non-issue. It was never one. I don't have the energy to elaborate- but I worked my rear end off in trying to put the pieces together. I'm not a geek... or am I!

2) The main thing is - the ASV2012 linking with FSBuild for Winds aloft : I actually ended up buying ASV2012, cause I wanted a better feel for the weather scenario. And figured how to reveal the hidden folders in Windows 8 and after grueling back & forth ended up joining all the dots- and voila! FSBuild is flawlessly integrated with FSX, ASV2012, and aircraft addons.

But alas! The maiden flight will have to wait another week. And now that I'm ready to pursue a career with the rig and add ons in place, BA Virtual is an impossible job to get! So I'll just be self employed for the now!

Before then I'll may be fill in the last hole with UT2....
