Folks,
Running 2.4.0.31 is able to export rte file for T7, complete with SID / STAR inside, but the FMC doesn't recognize these .
Any tips are welcome,

As I recall, the PMDG FMC for the NGX and T7 doesn't accept SIDs and STARs. It expects them to be entered by the user when a runway (departure or arrival) is selected.

PMDG remove them. You are expected to use the FMC to select the departure and arrivals as noted by DJ.
