Will there be a performance file for the 77L be released or is there an easy way to create it?

Outside of the files that come with the application, all performance files are user created. Prf and fsb_aircraft.cfg file formats and variables can be found in the "Data Files 2.pdf" document included with FSBuild. You will need performance data for the T7 - which may not be easy to find.

I may give this a stab. Having beta tested both FSBuild and LDS, I created some of the performance files in use today. Now that a couple friends I fly on VATSIM with are into the T7, I will be doing some testing with the the three T7 options originally included in FSBuild and see how they compare to observed performance of the PMDG product. I'll update you on those findings and possibly create a new profile for Ernie to make available with instructions on how to add it to your installation.

I have a test performance file working, still need to do further testing to compare with the PMDG 777 inflight results. Will be getting more feedback tonight, Monday and Tuesday. Hopefully I will have something (version 1) can share within a week.
