Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hi,
Having a problem creating flight plans for various aircraft. The aircraft selected in the export tab are iFly737, ISG1,PMDG737/747etc,Qualitywings 757,Wilco/Feelthere A320. When I try to create a flight plan for these aircraft, I get the message as follows: Unable to create (selected aircraft) eg: C:\USERS\USER\DOCUMENTS\FLIGHT SIMULATOR X\(Qualitywings)\Flightplans\EGPH-LERS.rte.
This message is displayed for the selected aircraft above, but the flight plan is created in FSX.pln and Google Maps file.
I am sure this was working before I updated Navigraph files to the latest AIRAC

Hi,
Just tried to build a flight plan from Newark to LAX using the route from Flightaware, this route was successfully processed in all aircraft, but if I put KEWR in the Departure box and KLAX in the Arrival box and press auto generate the process fails as in my original post.

I have no idea what your problem might be - please post the fsbuild2.cfg as I requested and the content of the Flightaware route. I cannot duplicate your issue without that data - FSBuild does not fail with either the NavdataPro data or with the Navigraph data when I auto-generate a plan. The message you are getting is completely incorrect in that even the path you cite is wrong.

As previously mentioned the process only fails if using auto generate

I recommend that you delete/rename your fsbuild2.cfg file and let FSBuild create a new one, then set all of the options that you want (including FS_HOME) and save. That will give you a nice clean file that has all of the clutter and incorrect entries removed. It will look rather like this:
