I just got p3d v4.4 and I would like to export flight plans to PMDG in p3d 4 and also Carenado Phenom 100. I still have FSX, but after I have p3d all fixed up, I will remove FSX. Right now if I make a flight plan, I have to move the individual files for the plane I'm flying to the p3d folder. Anyway to change the path?

You can change the path on the Options / Export Directories tab. Then just change the path to the root P3Dv4 folder.

Then go to the Settings tabe, and press the 'Save Config Options' button.

One more thing is that the save fsx file is still the documents\flight simulator x files. p3dv4 has it's own file location, documents\prepar3d v4 files. I can't find anywhere that I can change the path.

Just use the fsx location with the directory pointing to p3d. My config file reads :
[MS-FLIGHTSIMULATOR]
FS_HOME=S:\P3D V4
FSX_PLN=C:\Users\xxxxxx\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files

Cheers
