I heard that FSX should be placed under your c directery instead of under program files. I have win 7 and my FSX root is under Programs[x86]. I'm having problems with FSB exporting the fps into FSX.
[MS-FLIGHTSIMULATOR]
FS_HOME=C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\MICROSOFT GAMES\MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR X
any thoughts.

The setting look correct as fas as I can tell.
