Ernie, I've been using RwyInfo for a long time and find it to be very helpful. I thank you for your work and for sharing this gauge. I had version 2 working in FS9 using Windows 2000. I recently upgraded to XP and I'm getting things set up again. When I use FS Panel Studio to install V2 it tells me RwyInfo!V2_Open does not exist in XML gauge "RwyInfo". The icon opens the window but when I select knbd I cannot enter data using the keyboard. Any idea? Here's my panel.cfg for the RwyInfo window: [Window16] Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=200,75 window_size_ratio=1.000 position=0 visible=0 ident=20759 window_size= 0.400, 0.200 window_pos= 0.580, 0.220 gauge00=RwyInfo!V2_OPEN, 127,67,72,7 gauge01=RwyInfo!V2, -1,0,200,74 |

Here's my panel.cfg for the RwyInfo window: [Window16] Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=200,75 window_size_ratio=1.000 position=0 visible=0 ident=20759 window_size= 0.400, 0.200 window_pos= 0.580, 0.220 gauge00=RwyInfo!V2_OPEN, 127,67,72,7 gauge01=RwyInfo!V2, -1,0,200,74 -------------------- WRONG! [Window Titles] Window16=RwyInfo V2 [Window00] gauge00=RwyInfo!V2_OPEN, 127,67,72,7 Must be renumbered in sequence with the other gauges [Window16] Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=200,75 window_size_ratio=1.000 position=0 visible=0 ident=20759 window_size= 0.400, 0.200 window_pos= 0.580, 0.220 gauge00=RwyInfo!V2, -1,0,200,74 avoid -1, should be at least 0,0, You have many windows btw. This should do it! However......, Read my posts about certain unwanted effects during flight. I have version1 reinstalled with the new Rwaydata for the time being. Hope this helps you out. |

I didn't post all of the panel.cfg but everything was as you mentioned. I changed the -1 to 0. No effect. When I select KBD on the gauge I get a magenta block but it will not accept input from the keyboard. I may have to go back to V1 also. Thanks for your reply. Jerry |
