I was thinking the other day (not always a good thing, I know ), if ISG switches over to using Navigraph for updates in the future (which I, personally, am all for), we may need to be able to do these tweaks ourselves in the future (until an ISG update allows for the larger data files to be fully utilized) since I doubt Navigraph would be very happy with you posting their data in modified format for us all to download. I am fairly certain that I could figure out how to do this tweaking myself through trial and error, but I would be extremely grateful if you could detail your process (I'm sure others among us will be just as grateful as well ).

Of course, this will be an entirely moot point if the data files that will be available via Navigraph will be fully usable by ISG (I remember something being said about an update).

*Edit* Ignore me. I just read that the switch to Navigraph will be delayed. In that case, whatever is easier for you is great with me, Matt.

That is similar to what I was going to attempt the next time an update was made available, but your process is actually a couple steps shorter than what I had in mind.

if (when? living in hope) we start to get AIRAC data from NAVIGRAPH, how will this issue be addressed? Will you be able to modify the gauges to accept the larger data sets, will NAVIGRAPH provide continent / hemisphere based data or will we users be having to trim the data ourselves each time??

Updates do have priority, I agree. It might be that my October posting regarding the airport database of ISG1 could be obsolete as well because of the planned closer Navigraph link. I'm not quite sure whether there are bugs in it or not. I f you could spend two minutes, you might give a very brief answer. It would be very appreciated as I would like to stick on the installed airports in (both) Sims.
