Gday everyone.....I am interested in ISG1 for my CRJ200 replica simulator
I am currently running the NPsimpanel with my unit as I use their VC overhead and have an Overhead hard wired in my simulator using FSUIPC
I presume installing ISG1 will not interfere with my current VC overhead?
When undocking ISG1 gauges do the frames/bezel stay on the gauges? Can they be configured not to show the frame/bezel?
Also does ISG1 have FSUIPC offsets or Keyboard commands that can be Key Mapped to switches?..
The reason I ask is that in the NPsimpanel product they have many clickable buttons on their avioncis but they don’t actually do anything (waste of time) The overhead however is pretty good
I am wanting to hardwire a few of the controls from the EICAS, PFD, MFD etc

Sorry about all the questions
I have purchased many programs for the sim online only to be let down with inferior products and no support

Thanks in advance and keep up the good work on what looks like a great product

Kevin

Thanks for the reply..... I will grab my copy tonight when I get home,.
I am more than happy to beta test your product....

The MCU unit sounds very interesting and one that caught my eye
I will keep you informed as to my findings tonight and post messages and Photos....

All the best From OZ

As promised, I purchased ISG1 today and so far I have installed the MCU and the FMS into my panel
I have also installed the Proline4
I am flying the Premier Aircraft CRJ-100 with the NPSimpanel addon (Which is basically a modified CRJ-700)

anyway.. In regards to FSUIPC

GOOD NEWS
Mouse Macros work with FSUIPC and ISG1
If you follow the basic instructions with FSUIPC for making macros you can assign keyboard controls then Keymapping hard wired switches and push buttons to those macros and then control ISG from a home built sim
I use SIOC and Opencockpit mastercards to control the buttons - however you can use any controller card (bodnar board)

Just my 2 cents worth

Totally impressed with this package... best 21 euros ever spent

Thanks for the info (Yes, I know its an old post). Its a good starting point for us hardware based sim builders.......

I'm at a point with my simpit where I'd like to add a hardware CDU/FMC/FMS (call it what you will). I'm looking primarily at the Opencockpits FMC v3 as it works with FSUIPC which in turn will work with the Mouse Macro functions of the ISG gauges.

If Ernie could add a 'NB" version of the Smiths_FMS then we could undock the display onto the screen of the hardware FMC which would be fantastic. Some of the *other* (and more expensive) sim avionics suites are doing this now....... otherwise I will have to figure out how to manipulate the gauge size to best fit the Opencockpits screen.

Just a suggestion.
Kind regards,
Mat Fraser
