I have used your panels in several aircraft. Quite frankly, I find using your panels MUCH, MUCH. MUCH better than doing any panel merges. I do have a couple of questions about future updates

My primary questions is about HUDs.
1. Was wondering if you would be interested in doing an HUD gauges for both the Airbus and Boeing aircraft? That is the only thing I can think of to make your gauges a complete set.
2. Also, I do have a question about a couple of gauges you have out now. Let us say for example the Airbus gauge "DU_1000_EHSI". If you take a look at the Wilco Airbus Evolution, I see that on the Airbus EHSI, the flightpath is rounded. Quite cool actually. Is there a possibility of updating the "DU_1000_EHSI so that flightpath is rounded like seen on the Wilco Evolution model?

I ask because those two updates would be an upgrade worth paying for. Thanks again for answering my questions.

Unlikely. I try to maintain consistency with FS9 anf FSX, and HUD's are difficult in C++ in FS9 than in FSX.

If it was done at all it'd have to be FSX only, which is why ts kinda unlikely.

That should be doable. I'll add a config option for it in the next update.

Regards.
Ernie.

Frankly, as an FSX user, that upgrade would be AWESOME!!!!! I would be happy to pay for that update!! I am finding that even though there is a larger FS9 user base, I am surprised at the number of people like myself who were FS9 users, then were using both FS9 & FSX, then because of the difficulty in maintaining two FS installs on one computer, migrated to FSX completely. The other user is correct about using your gauges. I find they seem to add the correct amount of complexity to every aircraft I have added them, and yet. still be fun to fly. I definitely that that upgrade or add-on is worth paying for!!!! Especially since more airlines are incorporating HUDs onto their aircraft.

Not to digress from the HUD subject but I would much rather see Ernie work on a Airbus MCDU and matching MCU and EHSI controll. Hint Hint :)

Well I wouldn't disagree either but I tend to understand Ernie's reasons. However, if someone really wants realism he/she should consider to buy PMDG's 737NGX. The big advantage of FSG1 gauges are their flexible use but personally I only would put any efforts to install them if at least the flight model of the aircraft is worth an investment. Unfortunately such birds are rare in the freeware scenery. Meanwhile I switched completely to FSX (even if FS9 is still installed) and I had to leave behind my beloved Aeroworx B200 which does not make to the new sim platform. Probably I'll try to build a complete new flightdeck with other available gauges one day but at the moment time is a rare resource for me.
