Hi Ernie

As I started to pay more attention to the smiths fms I discovered 2 new bugs

1. On the LEGS page: when you are progressing on your route and the LEGS page keeps showing the number of pages as when you started the flight.
e.g.: when you enter your route before you start the flight the LEGS pge consists of 5 pages. When you are reaching the end of your flight the LEGS page still shows 5 pages while 4 out of 5 pages are empty

2. When selecting an approach with transitions: if you try to select an approach which requires you to select a transition the FMS selects the transition below the one you selected. So if you try to select the trans on RSK2, the fms takes the trans on RSK3. Selecting RSK3, the fms takes RSK4 and so on

Ernie are we ever going to see this bug fixed?

It make doing some approaches very.. frustrating when you can't select runways at times or transitions..

firstly let me give you my best compliments for you great instrumentation job

I confirm the approach transition problem into the smith FMS as already explained in a previous post.

Is there any estimate on when the transition bug will may be fixed in the Smith FMS?
With just this fix the smith will became practically perfect.

are there any news on this? i'd love to plug the FMC's into more of my panels but the STAR TRANS makes things a tad difficult inflight...
