Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hello,
I have been using the ISG gauges for bit and i love them! however, I noticed recently in my setup that the runway center lines disappear. I am using the Smiths FMC with the 737 ND. When i first start a flight plan, the center-lines for the runway (departure one) I select are visible. However, when "activate" the FP, the center lines disappear. I basically get the solid line to my first way point. I also notice that there are no center-lines on my arrival end either. I get a solid line to "midfield" . Is this right or do I have a setting off somewhere?

Now with the FMC, the issue I have is kinda anoying but not a deal breaker. So, lets say I want to fly ILS RWY 04. It gives me 2 transitions. transition 1) ABC and 2) XYZ. It basically in the FMC "moves everything up" . If I select ABC, it displays XYZ if that makes sense. If I try again, it still selects XYZ. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
