6.FLIGHTS REQUESTING WESTBOUND OCEANIC CLEARANCE VIA ORCA DATALINK
SHALL INCLUDE IN THE RMK/ FIELD THE HIGHEST ACCEPTABLE FLIGHT LEVEL
WHICH CAN BE MAINTAINED AT THE OAC ENTRY POINT.
7.DUE TO REYJKJAVIK REQUIREMENTS, DURING THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF
