I'm not sure which e-mail address to use for direct support, so I decided to post here with the added bonus that someone might recognize the problem.
I had to reinstal FS Build. It wouldn't start anymore, happened before, reinstall and everything's back to normal. I also removed and installed Gatekeeper anew. Don't ask me why.
And that's when it happened, Gatekeeper starts, but I get to see only this:
I can click on the question mark and that window will open. I can close the program. The open button doesn't work. I click on the feet or meters radio button, the program closes immedtiately. If I right click on the blank area at the top or on the default or cold and dark radio buttons, I get this error:
And that's it. I've uninstalled it, removed every trace of it, then reinstalled, no go. And there's no error.txt in the Gatekeeper folder.
Why this is happening, I do not know. I have installed and removed a couple of scenery design programs. At one time I remember one of the uninstallers asked about a shared dll no longer being used. I told it to remove it/them. Could that be it? But how can I found out which ones they were. It has got me puzzled. Everything else works fine on my PC, including FS9, no problems at all. So any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
