I've just found another cause of this error.

In plans generated with FSBuild NDBs are labelled as type 3 (same as VORs). This also causes the "Invalid waypoint" error. Any waypoints associated with an NDB need to have the type changed from type=3 to type=4. This is a little harder than misspelling longtitude with a global find and replace, as you have to know which ones are NDBs and which ones are VORs.

Don't ask why, it just is :-)

I'm also having problems with exporting PIC/Feelthere 737 flight plans for FS9. Until recently, I had no problem at all, but tried a flight tonight and got "route not loaded" after entering the coroute. A few weeks ago (a month roughly) all was fine. The difference is, I was running an older version of FSBuild (23) and have updated in the last couple of weeks to 24019. I think the route/root of the problem lies in that (sorry, couldn't resist the punn!) - it's something that has changed in recent FSBuild updates.
