I'm a first-time FSBuild user and have a puzzling question.
It seems to me that in order to create a flightplan with SID's and STAR's, one has to know ahead of time what the active runways are for departure and arrival (depending, of course, in wind direction . . . which could change). Therefore the "default" runways indicated in FSBuild may not necessarily be the actual runways assigned by the tower. How can you get information ahead of time on the active runways in FS9 before creating a flightplan on FSBuild and without going first into FS9 and contacting ATIS in both the departure and arrival airports?
I have Active Sky 2004.5 and Radar Contact 4 . . . do any of these help?
Thanks in advance for your experience advice!
