Is it possible to export a flight plan to the Wilco 777?

Not directly. If it uses the same format as the PIC737 you can try and load a flightplan for that plane. Otherwise, you proabably can load the plan generated for FS...

I shall try and use the PIC 737 format.

One other question though,I am thinking of buying the PSS 777 and I know that this can be exported to 2004 format but I only have FSX-can I still use this to export it to the FMC?

The PSS 777 will not run in FSX - it was designed for FS9. If you want a T7 for FSX I suggest you wait until PMDG releases their model sometime in the last quarter of the year. I expect it will surpass any that currently exist.
