While attempting to open FSBuild I recieve a Mgs " Could not create Temp File".
I'm not that computer savy, what shall I try?

Make sure UAC is off, Windows Defender is off, reboot, and run the installer from the right click menu item "run as administrator".

Windows Defender was intended to make it more difficult for viruses. It may indeed do so, but it also makes life difficult for legitimate installers. Open control panel and you will see an entry for Windows Defender - just turn it off. UAC is User Access Control - to find out how to turn it off, just click the desktop and press F1. Type UAC into the dialog that comes up and click the first entry. It will tell you how to turn it off.
