Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

First of all: I hope no one minds that I'm asking the same question here as on the AVSIM forum... I only discovered this forum just now and I think my qestion is better of here, so... this is not an intended crosspost...

I'm going to install the Level-D 767 tonight (if time permits) and I already have a question about flightplanning. Until now I never bothered with SIDS and STARS (with the PMDG 737) but I'd like to make things more realistic. So I though about getting FSBuild too, to make more realistic flightplans AND to plan SIDS and STARS a bit more easily: FSBuild actually shows the STARS and SIDS which makes planning a lot easier. I guess... (From within the FMC or for instance the Reality XP Garmin 430 I never ever knew which SIDS and STARS and transitions to choose...)

1. I read posts here and there about planning flights and most people seem to plan the STARS too: but... how do you know on which runway you will land...? IRL you never plan STARS before you get there, right...? Or is this a liberty every FS-pilot takes? If so, how do you decide which runway you will land on? Or does FSBuild 'know' this somehow...?

2. You can export plans to FS: I guess this means you can use the FS ATC from start to finish... right? With the PMDG 737 I never used ATC because I entered all my plans manually into the FMC and FS ATC of course never followed that plan... Since I do not plan to fly on VATSIM (or the likes) I'd like to be able to use the FS ATC with plans that are as real as possible. Things do get a bit boring on long flights when there is no ATC... If this is possible, will FS ATC follow the SIDS and STARS I planned with FSBuild? Or does some info get 'lost' somehow when you export from FSBuild to FS...?

3. Will FSBuild enable me to make good plans (incl. SIDS and STARS and the lot) without having charts...? Just by looking at the map and choosing the SIDS and STARS that seem to be most logical? Or maybe FSBuild is clever enough to choose the right SIDS and STARS? Or do I expect too much and are charts mandatory...?

P.S. Is it correct that there is no demo of FSBuild 2...? I'd really like to give it a try before I buy it...
