Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I've replaced the FMS in Eaglesoft's Citation X with the ISG version, simply swapping out the pertinant line in the panel cfg. The only problem is, I can't move the window laterally (horizontally). I can move it up and down freely, but thats it. The odd thing is, I can move their other pop-ups around freely.
