Hi

I have most probably fouled up a setting somewhere, so can someone tell me which one, please.

When I log in to ISG1 Support I get the following screen....



The internet is working fine and other forums are working OK.

What does it look like before you log in ?

Hmmm maybe it has something to do with the forum style, your Browser may not like.

I added mods for about 10 different forum styles, you can select them from the user control
panel. Maybe try selecting a different 'board style' from the board preferences section.

It's the same for me. The index page is not shown correctly with IE.
Subpages are shown according to the style.
I tried different styles with no success.

Edit: New finding - sometimes the pages show correctly - sometimes not.
Very strange

The screen looks fine when I have not logged in.

Once I log in it goes wrong.

I use Firefox all the time, but to research the problem I went into IE7 and the same happens there.

Up until two or three days ago it worked fine.

I know it appears that it is my personal settings in the forum are causing the problem but I cannot remember doing any changing of settings.

My usual screen in ISG looks like this when logged in:



I also changed the style - however, it did not fix the problem.

I downloaded, and installed Firefox, but could not reproduce the issue (I normally use IE7).

If its only doing it when you login, that probably means something in the header
as that changes when you login to show links to unread posts etc.

Can you do a 'view source'and save it ? then send it to me.

Maybe I can see what is in there, that it doesn't like.

I have saved the source of the page and have attempted to attach it in various formats (.doc, .txt, .php and .htm) and all the files were refused.

Can you give me a hint as to what to do, please?

ok,I was able to see it with the style you were using 'prosilver'.

It seems that some of the styles got screwed up up somehow. Don't really have a lot of time
to investigate it. So for now what I have done is removed the styles not displaying properly,and
keep the styles that are okay.
