Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

Hi
I am very new to this forum, and just bought a few days ago the CapitainSim B737-200 Base Kit.
What I want to do is fly sids and stars, I am familiar with PMDG B737 and understand that CapSim B737-200 does not have FMC or up to date GPS.
The way I understand this is that ISG will give me FMC with up to date navigraph data for the CapSim B737-200.
My question is, is there a step by step procedure to install ISG for the CapSim B737-200 a/c?
Where can I find info about this, installation?
