Fsbuild-2 Flight Planner

I've been working on gauge mods for the new MD-11 for P3DV4 from Sky Simulations. I don't like the stock PFD and the C17/PFD looks pretty good as a replacement. I just cannot seem to get it to change colors to my preferred ones. Here is the gauge line in the panel.cfg:

I have tried the 777 and A320 PFDs and they will change colors as I modify them, but this one has me stumped. If anyone has an idea/suggestion/correction to what I am doing, I appreciate it.
