Help with re-install following disk replacement

I've had to replace my HDD and reinstall all my programs but having a problem with FSBuild. I've successfully installed version 2.3 build 209 and can open and run the program but can get no further in updating to ver 2.4
I've saved my downloads so I have the file FSBuild24Update.exe and after running it FSBuild does not run. Ver 2.3 is installed in F:\FSBuild. Need some help and can supply you with any further information you may need including purchase date and order numbers.

Your best bet is to login to your simmarket account, download and install the full 2.4 installer.
