Where are you looking to see the winds?
I use ActiveSky6.5 for FS9
Here is part of my config:
It shows the path to My ActiveSky.
[MS-FLIGHTSIMULATOR]
FS_HOME=C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT GAMES\FLIGHT SIMULATOR 9
FS2004_PLN=C:\Documents and Settings\Vaughan\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files
SB3_FP=C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\VAUGHAN\MY DOCUMENTS\SQ_PLANS
FSINN_FP=C:\PROGRAM FILES\FSFDT\FSCOPILOT\FLIGHTPLANS
VASFMC_FMC=C:\PROGRAM FILES\VASFMC
AS6=C:\ACTIVESKY6-5\MODULES\ASV6
GATEKEEPER=C:\PROGRAM FILES\GATEKEEPER
When you build a flight plan fsbuild goes to my :
C:\ActiveSky6-5\Modules\ASv6 directory and finds the file:
current_wx_snapshot.txt
This contains the winds aloft data that FSBuild will use.
Winds will be shown in the last column of the FSBuild route table.
Winds will be shown in the FSBuild navlog if you have selected to include it, optionally:
As shown below:
